Jenn and I took Brooke and Lauren to get their pictures taken together. Neither was too cooperative but they did manage to get a few extremely cute photos!! We may try again and hope they smile a bit more but until then, here is the cuteness!!

1. Lauren is getting sooooo big!! She said Dada, is rolling over both ways like a pro, and is pretty much sitting up on her own!! When did this happen!!!

2. And she’s sleeping through the night!!!!! Thank God!!! She is an early riser though….usually by 6 and sometimes at 5!!! I guess I can’t complain though. I’m just very thankful she’s sleeping all night! But how does my daughter need less sleep than the average baby when I need way more sleep than the average adult?!?! Just my luck!!

3. We’ve had a few family gatherings in the past weeks and I can’t believe how much I enjoy my family! They all are amazing, fun, funny people and I love spending time with them! I’m very lucky to have them all in my life!!!

4. Our house is for sale! Connie and Joe are retiring at the end of the year and heading to Florida, Mike and Jenny are getting the rental house and Victor and I are getting the house. Connie and Joe will stay with us during the summer and when they come to visit during the rest of the year. We can’t wait!! Although we don’t LOVE Stoughton, we also don’t hate it. And I’m looking forward to the extra space and open floor plan! We have a lot of plans, including a 2 car garage addition with a master suite above and possibly a pool!! Can’t wait for that! I’m a little sad to leave this house…..I love WB, the neighborhood, and the house itself. We brought Lauren home from the hospital to this house. But it will be very cool to have Lauren grow up in the house that her father grew up in! I think it’s awesome!!

5. I want to have another baby!!! LOL! I think I’ve convinced Victor that getting pregnant next summer is a good idea….so that’s the plan as of now!!

6. It’s been so hot and humid outside lately! I can’t stand it!! Thank God we have central air, I could not live without it!!! Anyone that doesn’t have it, you’re welcome to come over anytime! I’m serious!!

7. I’m not happy with the way I look right now but I’m also not doing anything about it. I’m getting used to this new “Mommy body”, Lol, but it’s tough. Not that I was ever really skinny or fit before, it’s just hard to see yourself differently. And I’m not huge either, I know that, my body is just different now. It’s hard to explain……

8. Jenn and I are getting Brooke and Lauren’s pictures taken together professionally and I can not wait!!! It is going to be soooo cute! They are going to wear diaper covers and matching bibs, one that says Best and the other will say Friends…..OMG! It’s going to be so ridiculously cute!!!

9. On Saturday, Lauren is going to audition for a modeling agency!! Jenn really wants to bring Brooke and I agreed to go with her. I have absolutely no expectations…..if they pick her, Great! And if not, that’s fine too!! I don’t think we will go to any others if they don’t pick her but it may be a fun experience! And who knows, she could be the next Gerber baby!!!

10. Lauren is almost 6 months old!! That is crazy! That’s half a year!!! There’s only 7 of those until she is Lucy’s age and only 27 of those until she is Brittany’s age!!!! Crazy!!! The time flew by!!! But I am enjoying every single second and loving her to pieces!!!

Joni turned 40 and we celebrated 80′s style!! It was so much fun!!! We are a crazy bunch and I love it! I wouldn’t have it any other way!!

Lauren made a Build a Bear last weekend! She had fun picking out the cheetah and we named her Riley. She got a Harley Davidson shirt that Lauren already had so now they can match!! Super cute!!!

Lauren said her first word!!! Dada!! Victor is beyond excited, of course!!! Now it’s time to work on Mama…..

Already?!?!?! Time flies!! She is growing up so fast!! Rolling over both ways, blowing raspberries and army crawling are some of her new tricks! And boy does she love to eat!! She’s liked every food she’s tried so far!! Squash, peaches, and green beans seem to be her favorites right now!! She also is pretty much sleeping through the night! AWESOME!! She’s talking up a storm and she really is a doll! She’s cute and she knows it!!

We went to the cottage for the 4th this year and of course it did not disappoint! We always have such a great time down there!! The food was awesome, fireworks were amazing, and the company was the absolute best! I love my family so much!!! Lots of fun and such great memories!!
